
Elite Youth Sports Gym Tots programme introduces children from 18 months to 4 years old to movement and gymnastics in a fun, structured, and engaging way.
The weekly classes focus on developing balance, coordination, and fundamental motor skills through playful, age-appropriate activities.

Weekly Friday Sessions are split into two age groups:
18 months to 2.5 years: Parent participation is required to ensure a supportive and enjoyable experience as children explore movement and balance in a safe and friendly environment. 9:30am – 10:15am (45 minutes)

2.5 to 4 years: Children are encouraged to participate more independently, with parents staying nearby. These sessions help boost confidence and develop key skills such as coordination, agility, and basic gymnastics movements. 10:30am – 11:15am (45 minutes)

Each session is designed to improve physical, cognitive, and social skills through a variety of games, movement challenges, and equipment-based activities that emphasise learning through play. With small group sizes, our professional coaches provide individual attention and guidance to ensure every child progresses at their own pace.
